EG simplifies the structure of the company in order to serve our customers better. As a result, EG Group companies EnerKey Oy, Silverbucket Oy and Jydacom Oy merged on 1.11.2023 into the new company EG Software Finland Oy.
The Silverbucket business will continue as before, and all rights and obligations of Silverbucket Oy will be automatically transferred to EG Software Finland Oy. All contracts and obligations towards our customers will also remain unchanged.
